For all HIBA entries please download the appropriate men's or women's competition form and complete. Then return them by email to the Head Coach. Contact either John Turkentine, Jenny Turkentine or Graham Martin if you have any questions.

Please note that the forms must be submitted by the Club, so all responses need to be returned to John Turkentine by midday June 12 2026.

Payment is £5 per person per competition and is to be made to the club –  Ref: HIBA 26/27 plus your name.
