November 19th sees Harpenden IBC host a match between Herts Indoor Bowls Association and Visually Impaired Bowls England (VIBE) All-stars -  a team of 12 VI world bowls champions. Doors open at 09:30 for a 10:30 start. If you would to attend please register below and we will do our best to accommodate you. The event will be attended by the Mayors of Harpenden, St Albans and Dacorum as well as national and local press.
